Abstract
ÀÌ ³í¹®ÀÇ ¸ñÀûÀº fibronectin ÀÌ machined ŸÀÌŸ´½ µð½ºÅ©¿¡ ÈíÂøµÇ´Âµ¥ ¾àÇÑ ÀÚ±âÀåÀÌ ¾î¶°ÇÑ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´ÂÁö¸¦ Æò°¡ÇÏ´Â °ÍÀÌ´Ù. 0 (´ëÁ¶±º), 10, 20, 50, 100 gauss ÀÇ ÀÚ±âÀåÀÌ °¢°¢ °¡ÇØÁø »óÅ¿¡¼ 1 M fibronectin ¿ë¾×¿¡ ŸÀÌŸ´½ µð½ºÅ©¸¦ 1ÀÏ°£ À§Ä¡½ÃŲÈÄ ÈíÂøµÈ fibronectin ÀÇ optical density¸¦ ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ´ëÁ¶±º°ú ºñ±³ÇÒ ¶§ 20, 100 gauss ¿¡¼ Åë°èÀûÀ¸·Î À¯ÀÇÇÏ°Ô ³ôÀº °ªÀ» º¸¿´°í 50 gauss ¿¡¼´Â ³óµµ°¡ °¨¼ÒÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÀÚ±âÀåÀÇ ¼¼±â¿¡ µû¶ó fibronectin ÈíÂøÀÌ Áõ°¡µÈ´Ù±â º¸´Ù´Â ƯÁ¤ ¼¼±â¿¡¼ ÈíÂøÀÌ Áõ°¡ÇÏ¿´´Ù.
